Sometimes it gets a bit silly ...

For years I tried to say that while at work, I would work hard, 8 hours minimum everyday. I'd be serious and focused on tasks at hand. When I knocked one down, I'd move on to another target. 

Well, as hard as I try, that isn't always the case. I've learned you can't always be serious and working full bore ... especially in a seasonal industry. Sometimes, it is better to relax and mess around than stick to a task such as sorting widgets, bottom brackets or cables ... just for the sake of working. 

I bring this up because the other day, when Cos stepped out for the day, we decided that we couldn't do without his shining presence. We thought, an afternoon without Cosmo, is like a desert without sand ... or something like that. 

So, before you know it, he turned up in the office. Yes, he does wear a shirt that states who he is. 

And then ... as it was getting dark and close to closing time, we started  to want conversation, conversation of a deeper variety. 

So before you knew it ... Cos and Mike were deep in discussion concerning the important things in life. 

Yeah, like I said ... sometimes having fun doesn't hurt too much.
